We are a paperless office and use a Client Portal for secure and fast transfer of documents. You can also mail or drop off your information in our secure outdoor drop box anytime or at the office desk during business hours. If more assistance is required for your tax situation, please see the consulting services below and the respective fees. 

Remember to fill out the required Tax Form Packets that can be found on the website under the Forms and Information tab to include with your documents. 

If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you please call or email our office at [email protected] so we can find a custom appointment for you. It is normal that appointments are booked out 2-3 weeks during tax time.

Appointments will be for consulting and any in depth questions you may have. Your tax return will not be prepared or filed at the time of the appointment as it can take up to 2-3 weeks for us to complete your return. All returns go through a review process to ensure the utmost accuracy before filing.

A NOTE for NEW clients, please call the office at 518-822-1673 to be supplied a fee schedule of the current tax year.

        This 30 minute appointment offers an in-person meeting with an accountant for consulting, explanations, or questions you might have. This is an additional charge of $150 that is not included in the cost for regular tax preparation.

        Appointments are not required for tax preparation. We will always be in touch for any questions, clarification or missing information needed to complete your return. The outcome of your return is provided upon completion. Securely upload any information to us via the Client Portal. If you do not wish to use this method, please drop off documentation during office hours, mail, or use our secure drop box by our front door.

      • Tax Appointment by PHONE/ZOOM(30MIN) $150

        This 30 minute appointment offers a phone or virtual meeting with an accountant for consulting, explanations, or questions you might have. This is an additional charge of $150 that is not included in the cost for regular tax preparation.
